Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

Deliver technical architectural projects from concept through to completion.
Produce detailed designs specifications and construction drawings in line with industry standards.
Collaborate effectively with clients consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and statutory requirements.
Support junior team members providing guidance and mentorship where required.

Required Skills & Experience for this Architectural Technologist role:

Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Technologist with a strong technical portfolio.
Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and other design software.
Extensive knowledge of UK building regulations construction techniques and materials.
Excellent communication project coordination and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
