Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experiencedSocial Worker with adoption expertise to join its clients Adoption Team for an initial 6-month period. This team works closely with the Permanence Team and is driving forward improvements in adoption practice including how post-adoption support is delivered.

You will work across all elements of adoption services including:

Post-adoption support
Access to records
Non-agency adoption cases

This is an exciting opportunity to influence adoption practice and make a real difference for children and families.

What will your responsibilities be

In this role you will:

Deliver high-quality adoption social work services in line with legislation and best practice.
Provide tailored post-adoption support to families.
Manage access to records requests and non-agency adoption processes.
Collaborate with the Permanence Team and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate case records and reports to professional standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
Previous experience in adoption social work
