Job Description
Role: Sales Coordinator
Location: Huntingdon
Hours: Monday Friday full time
Salary: Up to 26000 depending on experience

What youll be doing in the sales coordinator role:
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and issuing quotations
- Providing first-class customer service to all customers
- Handling enquiries and following up proactively
- Building strong product knowledge across the full range
- Managing and resolving complaints professionally
- Overseeing the administration of all sales and purchasing documentation
- Working closely with other departments including warehouse accounts sampling technical and purchasing
- Following up on sample requests and quotations to drive results
- Supporting your team to achieve key performance targets (KPIs)
