Role: Sales Coordinator

Location: Huntingdon

Hours: Monday Friday full time

Salary: Up to 26000 depending on experience

What youll be doing in the sales coordinator role:

  • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing and issuing quotations
  • Providing first-class customer service to all customers
  • Handling enquiries and following up proactively
  • Building strong product knowledge across the full range
  • Managing and resolving complaints professionally
  • Overseeing the administration of all sales and purchasing documentation
  • Working closely with other departments including warehouse accounts sampling technical and purchasing
  • Following up on sample requests and quotations to drive results
  • Supporting your team to achieve key performance targets (KPIs)
