Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Emplify Health by Gundersen- Tweeten Care Center is seeking a full-time salaried Infection Preventionist/Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement/Education RN in Spring Grove MN.

What you will do:

1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) day shift
Provide infection surveillance and management staff education and monitoring of required education assist with care center surveys and lead quality improvement activities.
Back-up floor nursing coverage/cover on-call every 3rd weekend

What you need:

Associate Degree in Nursing
Minnesota RN License
1 year of long-term care experience RN experience preferred
Infection Preventionist certificate required within 3 months of hire
Basic Life Support CPR
Obtain CPR Instructor within 3 months of hire.
