Job Summary
Total Number of Openings
1Develops and provides guidance on hiring and employee selection practices technology enablers and policies. Recruits experienced university and intern hires.Supports larger customers/clients and may lead functional projects under infrequent supervision. Developing a detailed knowledge of the work function.
- Spearhead the management of global TA vendors including consulting services pre-employment (I-9s) job boards and search agencies conducting RFPs as needed.
Forged strategic partnerships with Digital Talent Solutions Talent Management Data Insights and Shared Services to develop cutting-edge TA tools.
Collaborate with Procurement Legal and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with HR programs and processes.
Lead the organization and planning of TA team training to upskill recruiters on new tools programs policies sourcing and market trends.
