Whats The Opportunity
As a Shop Technician youll be part of a skilled technical team that keeps our operations running efficiently. Youll gain valuable technical experience with network-connected devices work with a variety of office equipment and contribute innovative ideas to streamline our processes. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn grow and make a real impact in a collaborative environment.
What Will You Do
- Set up and install accessories on new and used copiers printers and scanners
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures
- Manage and track shop parts and supply inventory
- Participate in training on new technology and equipment
- Collaborate with the team to improve turnaround time and workflow
- Assist with shop operations and maintain accurate records
- Occasionally travel for technical training or to support other shop locations
What Do You Bring To The Table
- High school diploma (required); a two-year technical degree preferred
- Experience in a shop environment or with copier/printer repair is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer and data analysis skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and move equipment safely
- A team-player mindset with a focus on continuous learning and adaptability
