Opportunities

At Informed Solutions youll work in a collaborative consulting environment learning alongside experienced colleagues and contributing to real client work. You wont follow a set rotation; instead youll develop through hands-on experience within delivery teams. Through this youll gain exposure to different disciplines and to the full software development lifecycle from understanding user needs and shaping requirements through design and delivery to live service and continuous improvement.

Our in-house communities of practice support learning and development across areas including:

• Software Engineering- Designing and building state-of-the-art software and infrastructure solutions using innovative technologies
• Data Science and Engineering- Unlocking the power of information using innovative data science and analytics
• Service Operations- Providing intelligent support and advice to continually improve how clients use technology
• User-Centered Design- Working with users to shape and design intelligent inclusive digital products and experiences
• Delivery Management -Helping teams work together to deliver excellent and lasting results

We hire graduates from a wide range of degree disciplines.

• We are looking for a minimum of an undergraduate degree obtained or studying towards at least a 2:1

Our Interview Process

Our recruitment process is designed to be friendly and approachable giving you the opportunity to get to know us and understand what life at Informed Solutions is really like.

• Intro call (30 mins Teams): A conversation about your motivations interests and what youre hoping to gain from a graduate role whilst also giving you an opportunity to find out more information about Informed Solutions.
• First interview (Teams): A conversational interview with colleagues including former graduates focusing on your studies experiences and approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Final interview (in person): A tailored presentation or practical/technical exercise plus time to meet the team and see our office.

Other information

• You will be based in our impressive Grade II listed office in the centre of Altrincham South Manchester or out of our Westminster office in London. For those based in London there will be a requirement to travel periodically to our Altrincham office as part of your integration into the wider business and graduate community.
• Travel to client sites may be required
