Job Summary
Internship Opportunity 2026 Analog IC Design of Power Management Unit for Automotive Microcontrollers
Context
The Automotive Microcontrollers business unit develops integrated circuits for a wide range of automotive applications including (but not limited to) end-node systems body control modules battery management systems motor control and zonal control modules.
We are currently seeking afinal-year engineering or masters studentfor a6-month internshipto collaborate with our analog design team on the development of analog integrated circuits forpower management and power conversion.
Your Responsibilities
As an intern you will have the opportunity to propose analyze and simulate various circuit topologies for a power management unit within a new family of NXP automotive microcontrollers. Your work may include but is not limited to:
- Low Drop-Out Regulators (LDOs)
- Hysteretic Comparators.
- Voltage Amplifiers and Buffers.
- Voltage Monitors.
You will be supported by experienced engineers and work in a collaborative multicultural environment.
Your Profile
- You are in the final year of an engineering school or masters program specializing inanalog IC design.
- You have experience withCadence Virtuosoor a similar analog design suite.
- You are motivated to learn and grow in the field of analog IC design.
- You enjoy working in amulticultural team environment.
- You have agood command of English both written and spoken.
