This position requires a highly motivated and growth-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the real estate and construction markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing business development strategies that result in increased revenue and market share forming alliances and utilizing current relationships within the industry.Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential clients in the property management multi-family real estate restoration mitigation insurance consultant and construction industries.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand the needs and challenges of clients in the real estate and construction industries.
- Develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients.
- Track and measure the success of business development efforts.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments through market analysis.
- Oversee management and leadership of the business development team
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the real estate or construction industries.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and construction markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.
Benefits:- $60000 to $85000 Base Salary DOE plus commission opportunities.
