About the Opportunity
A fast-moving player in the Talent Acquisition & HR Services sector serving startups and SMBs across India. We deliver end-to-end recruitment onboarding and HR operations solutions that help organisations scale quickly. This remote internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment workflows HRIS operations onboarding and HR process improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: screen CVs shortlist candidates coordinate interviews and track progress in the ATS.
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications across email and calendar tools.
- Assist with onboarding tasks: prepare offer letters collect documents set up HRIS records and coordinate induction logistics.
- Maintain and update HR records employee files and confidential documentation with strong attention to data accuracy.
- Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards (candidate pipeline time-to-hire onboarding status) using spreadsheets.
- Support ad-hoc HR operations including payroll data collation employee queries and engagement activity coordination.

Must-Have
- Applicant Tracking System
- HRIS
- MS Excel
- Google Workspace
Preferred
- Familiarity with payroll software
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment/HR operations
Additional Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Human Resources Psychology or related field.
- Comfortable working remotely across Indian time zones and handling confidential HR data.
