YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivering exceptional customer service through understanding client needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
Driving sales growth by engaging with customers upselling and fostering long-term relationships.
Overseeing stock levels inventory management and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Conducting regular stock audits and maintaining visually appealing well-organized displays in line with merchandising standards.
Leading motivating and developing the store team to achieve operational and sales excellence.
Ensuring compliance with all administrative and operational procedures.
Supporting the team with customer transactions and after-sales service to maintain a high level of satisfaction

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

A Matric or equivalent qualification.
2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
An entrepreneurial and innovative approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in SAP Microsoft Excel and Word.
