Position: Planner / Cost Engineer
Reports To: Project Engineer / Program Manager
Job Purpose:
To deliver effective cost control planning and scheduling support for Leak Management Program projects ensuring that all financial and timeline objectives are successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules work breakdown structures (WBS) and manpower plans.
Prepare cost estimates establish budgets and monitor project expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
Produce regular reports on project progress cost performance and schedule adherence.
Support project teams in conducting risk analysis forecasting and variance reporting.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies project controls procedures and industry standards.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Finance or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project planning and cost engineering within the oil & gas industry.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and cost management software tools.
Strong analytical organizational and reporting skills.
