Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join a dedicated and collaborative neurology team in Shelton CT.

This full-time permanent opportunity offers a collegial practice environment with a strong emphasis on integrated care clinical support and work-life balance. Physicians will provide diagnostic evaluations treatment planning and management of patients with neurological disorders.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions including movement disorders epilepsy stroke and neuropathies.

  • Collaborate with primary care providers therapists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

  • Participate in team meetings case reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Promote patient education preventive strategies and community wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

  • Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.

  • Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
