This is a Hybrid role working from our London (Old Street) Offices 3 days per week
What Youll Be Doing
Ready to build AI automation that will change how we operate Were looking for a hands-on builder to join our AI Operations team. Your mission is to turn automation ideas into reality using tools like Gemini ChatGPT and n8n to design smart workflows that connect our APIs and business logic. If you love moving fast thrive on execution and want to build solutions that solve real problems for our team and our customers this is the role for you.
- Identify & prioritise high-impact automation opportunities across teams.
- Design and deploy multi-step AI agents and automation workflows
- Implement webhooks API connections and custom scripting to trigger and orchestrate workflows
- Working side-by-side with our Engineering teams to prototype solutions & prove value
- Create technical documentation for process owners
- Evaluate new AI models automation platforms and integration methods staying ahead of the curve on whats possible with AI tooling.
- Ensure data privacy & compliance in workflows that deal with sensitive data
- Work closely with the Security/Compliance teams to align AI operations and automation practices with the companys enterprise security framework
Were Looking For
- Proven track record of shipping multi-step automations in n8n Zapier Make or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of REST APIs webhooks JSON payloads and authentication methods
- Advanced prompt engineering to get reliable structured outputs from LLMs (Gemini ChatGPT Claude etc.)
- Proficiency in Python for scripting & workflow logic.
- Exceptional ability to move fasttranslate requirements into working solutions in days not months
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills
