Hours of Work: Monday - Friday; Days Occassional Weekends; Position is on-site

Humber River Health is undergoing a major HCM transformation centered on the implementation and optimization of multiple modules within the VIP HCM platform. The first and primary focus of this transformation is the deployment of a new e-recruitment and onboarding module. We are seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Specialist to lead and support this modules roll out while also contributing to the broader optimization of other HCM modules across the Human Resources portfolio.

This role will be instrumental in translating HR processes into effective system functionality supporting configuration testing training and change management. The successful candidate will be required to assist with other phases of the HCM transformation project including modules related to HCM data quality employee and labour relations employee data management and digitization HR analytics and total compensation workflows.

What would your day look like

• Lead and conduct end-to-end testing across all system user groups (Recruiters Applicants internal and external and Hiring Managers) for the Recruitment and Onboarding module.
• Configure validate and maintain HCM business rules to align with HR policies collective agreements and organizational practices.
• Collaborate with HR IT and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop training materials user guides and job aids tailored to different stakeholder groups.
• Provide on-site and remote support during system launch.

Required Attributes:

• Proven experience implementing HCM systems ideally VIP or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding workflows
• Experience working with iCIMS highly preferred
• Experience in system testing UAT coordination and business rule configuration
• Experience working in healthcare or unionized environments is an asset but not required
