Humber River Health is undergoing a major HCM transformation centered on the implementation and optimization of multiple modules within the VIP HCM platform. The first and primary focus of this transformation is the deployment of a new e-recruitment and onboarding module. We are seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Specialist to lead and support this modules roll out while also contributing to the broader optimization of other HCM modules across the Human Resources portfolio.
This role will be instrumental in translating HR processes into effective system functionality supporting configuration testing training and change management. The successful candidate will be required to assist with other phases of the HCM transformation project including modules related to HCM data quality employee and labour relations employee data management and digitization HR analytics and total compensation workflows.
