Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (3x12)
Total Weekly Gross: $2386
Hourly Rate: $66.28/hr
Stipend: $1414

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery (L&D) to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and assist physicians with comprehensive patient care.
Plan implement and document nursing care based on patient assessments and needs.
Identify priorities for care through assessment planning intervention and evaluation.
Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care for assigned patients.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
Document all care in accordance with clinical standards and policies.
Promote and practice evidence-based care standards.
Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice models.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License NJ or Compact State.
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required.
BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications required.
NRP certification preferred.
Strong organizational leadership and critical thinking skills.
