Working at night or on the weekends you will be eligible for shift differential. To be eligible for shift differentials you must work 4 hours into the shift time to get the differentials (Monday - Thursday 3p 11p $4.50 per hour and 11p-7a $4.75 Friday - Sunday 11p - 7a $7.00 per hour or Saturday Sunday 7a 3p $6.00 per hour and 3p 11p $6.50 per hour)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Comprehensive Patient Care:
Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for patients of all ages ensuring their physical emotional spiritual cultural and environmental needs are met.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and support a team of caregivers collaborating with doctors specialists and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
Patient and Family Education:
Educate patients and families on health management self-care and health promotion to foster better health outcomes.
Clinical Excellence:
Participate in shared governance peer review and professional development to promote a culture of clinical excellence and leadership.
Care Coordination:
Utilize care management principles to coordinate efficient and effective patient care services focusing on improving patient outcomes.
Professional Growth:
Contribute to the development of a healthy work environment and take responsibility for ongoing professional growth and leadership.

Additional Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Licensure & Certifications:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing (or compact state).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
