Job Summary
Position Description for Cross County Community School District
The Cross County Community School District Board of Education Stromsburg Nebraska is seeking a highly qualified Superintendent to lead the district and support its mission of ensuring success for all students.
McPherson & Jacobson L.L.C. Executive Recruitment and Development are engaged as consultants in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the School Board in identifying and screening the candidates.
Enrollment: 375 students
Location: Stromsburg Nebraska 65 miles NW of Lincoln
Salary: Regionally competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications

- A strong approachable communicator that leads by example is a good listener and has natural people skills to connect well with students staff and community members at all age levels.
