Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dynamic results-driven Sales Manager to join our leadership team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Hartford Airport Windsor Locks. This is a great opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to represent a trusted Marriott brand and drive both leisure and corporate business in a thriving market.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals across corporate group and leisure segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts travel managers and local businesses.
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Regional Sales leadership to maximize performance and market share.
Represent the Fairfield brand with energy professionalism and exceptional service.
Previous hotel sales experience required Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.
Local market experience preferred but not a disqualifying factor.
Proven success in developing new business and growing existing accounts.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated detail-oriented and results-driven with a positive attitude.
Strong knowledge of local corporate and travel markets a plus.
