Must-have Skills

Strong experience with Python and AWS.
Strong experience with Event-Driven architecture.
Hands-on with NoSQL DB (preferably Elasticsearch).
Proven experience in a technical leadership or managerial role.
Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide and inspire engineering teams.
Strong proficiency in server-side development with including building APIs and Microservices.
AWS: Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
Full English proficiency.

Nice-to-have:

AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work including drafting analysis research or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
