Supervisor Quality Control

We are looking for a Supervisor Quality Control to joining our team in Brecksville!

You will be overseeing inspection teams inspection processes and testing of materials parts and products to ensure adherence to established standards of strength quality and endurance. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

LOCATION:

Brecksville OH (Onsite)

Salary/hourly rate: $86100 to $124300

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Oversee and monitor the inspection and testing materials parts and products to ensure adherence to established quality customer and industry standards.

Devise improve and review current and new specifications and procedures for products or processes. Ensure staff training on these specifications and procedures.

Develop and analyze data to determine causes of defects or other problems with products and processes. Including but limited to testing processes; PMI NDE Pressure Testing.

Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality and customer issues.

Lead and manage the Corrective Action program. Active member of the problem solving working group.

Supervise inspectors technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. Monitor work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.





Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
WHAT YOU BRING:

Associates Degree; Technical/Trade School preferred

4 years of related experience in a similar role

Automotive Quality IATF 16949 training

ASME Code understanding

Ability to write clear informative reports that highlight the main findings

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Analytical critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with quality standards processes and codes
