Job Summary Details:
The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a facility during regular business hours. This role supports a clean safe and welcoming environment for employees clients and visitors by performing routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks throughout the day.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
No experience required and on the job training provided
No high school diploma GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service experience
1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies restrooms break rooms and hallways.
- Restock supplies such as soap paper towels and toilet paper.
- Perform spot cleaning of spills smudges and debris as needed.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Assist with meeting room setups and breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management.
- Ensure exterior areas (entrances sidewalks) are clean and presentable.
- Support janitorial team with additional tasks as needed.
