Job Summary
Position Title: Solutions Architect / Senior Solutions Architect
(Title based on experience)
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship or need of a visa transfer
Pay: $110-140k base (flexible depending on experience and fit)
Position Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of our proprietary platform for energy utilities and enterprise clients. Youll serve as the technical lead on implementations translating business needs into scalable solutions while guiding integrations and ensuring long-term success. This role blends solution design consultative leadership and hands-on problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and align Salesforce and proprietary platform solutions with client requirements.
Guide clients to leverage standard product capabilities while shaping business needs.
Lead discovery and blueprinting sessions; create solution design documentation.
Oversee integrations between our solutions Salesforce and client systems.
Collaborate with engineers and analysts to ensure compatibility and quality.
Test and validate Salesforce features and updates for platform compatibility.
Provide leadership across discovery design build testing and deployment.
Deliver training on product features methodology and best practices.
Identify opportunities for expanded adoption and share insights with Product teams.
Qualifications
5 years in solution architecture with Salesforce focus.
Proven experience designing scalable enterprise-grade systems.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Service Experience Cloud).
Hands-on experience with integrations APIs and middleware.
Skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Preferred
Advanced degree or 10 years relevant experience.
Salesforce certifications (Architect Admin App Builder).
Experience in energy utility programs (support efficiency demand response decarbonization).
