Job Title: Senior Network Engineer Media & Broadcast

Reports to:(CTO / Head of Network)

We are a leading company in themedia and entertainment sector delivering high-quality content across multiple platforms. We are looking for a highly skilledNetwork Engineerto help design and build our network infrastructure from scratch supporting large-scale media contribution and broadcast operations.

Role Overview:

As Senior Network Engineer you will be the right-hand person to the CTO responsible for designing implementing and managing ahigh-performance networkcapable of handling up to400 Gbpsof media traffic. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and protocols ensuring reliability precision and scalability for our broadcast and media operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build the network infrastructure from scratch (end-to-end network architecture and deployment).
Implement and manage ahigh-bandwidth network (400 Gbps)for media contribution and distribution.
Configure troubleshoot and maintainCiscoandAristanetwork devices.
Deploy and optimizePrecision Time Protocol (PTP)for synchronization across media streams.
Work with streaming protocols and ensure reliable low-latency media transport.
Collaborate closely with Ilyas to ensure the network supports business goals and broadcast requirements.
Provide guidance on best practices for network design monitoring and optimization.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of network engineering experience preferably with large-scale or media/broadcast networks.
Strong hands-on experience withCisco and Aristaequipment.
Deep knowledge ofPTP (Precision Time Protocol)and media streaming protocols.
Experience with high-bandwidth network design and deployment (400 Gbps).
Ideally prior experience inmedia broadcast or content delivery networks.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Fluent inEnglish(spoken and written) Arabic is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as the right-hand of senior management.
