- 10 years experience in Corporate Affairs ideally with dedicated experience in Internal Communications
- 3 years leading teams
- Strong preference for individuals with digital transformation experience
- Experience in a global matrix organisation & managing relationships with senior leadership both the global PNLT as well as regional LT.
What will be your key responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and implement strategic internal communications plan enabling strategy into action and leading toimproved Associate pride satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide strategic direction for all Associate communications driving corporate narrative and businesspriorities.
- Partner with senior leadership to align communication strategies with key business objectives and support organizational goals.
- Manage and mentor team of communication professionals increasing productivity and driving strategic success.
Content & Channel Management
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality internal communications content including newslettersvideos and intranet updates.
- Manage the development and maintenance of internal digital platforms and tools to enhance communication efficiency.
- Coordinate messaging and engagement activities across multiple channels ensuring consistency andstrategic alignment.
Stakeholder Engagement & Culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key leaders and stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and culture alignment across all internal communication efforts.
Measurement & Impact
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of internal communication strategies using KPIs and data analysis.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improvement to enhance the impact of communication initiatives.
