Are you studying a Bachelor of Teaching (primary or secondary)
Youre 3rd year and are ready to gain invaluable experience before finishing your course
Are you a qualified Teacher looking for extra work on the school holidays

About the Role

Our OSHC Lead Educators deliver exciting and interactive activitiesto primary school-aged children in the Before School Care and After School Care setting.. Lead Educators will ensure all children feel empowered to reach their full potential in their physical and social growth. Our Educators play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds within our community with their safety and well-being at the forefront of all our activities. Collaborating closely with colleagues children and parents youll share your expertise provide support and ignite passions making their Before and After School care experience truly memorable.

Applicants will require an ACECQA-approved qualification at a Diploma level or above or working towards a Diploma or above.

You will be required to obtain a current Working with Children Card Employee and First Aid HLTAID012.

Relevant Qualifications and Experience demonstrated
Ability to build a desired work and quality culture within the service
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and strong relationships with staff and customers
Strong verbal communication skills including the ability to tailor communications to different stakeholders
Proven ability to engage with children to ensure they are healthy happy and connected
