- Audit & compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits lender reporting and compliance packages with precision and completeness.
- Payroll allocations: Process bi-weekly payroll allocations for project teams with accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial operations: Oversee journal entries accruals and reconciliations to maintain clean accurate financials.
- Policy stewardship: Ensure alignment with GAAP internal accounting standards and contractual requirements across all project agreements.
Requirements
What youll bring:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting at consulting or public accounting firms; experience in project construction or infrastructure environments.
- Certification: CPA is a MUST.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Systems: Strong proficiency in SAP NetSuite or similar ERP systems plus advanced Excel and BI reporting skills.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset: Strong attention to detail with the ability to separate signal from noise under deadline.
- Collaboration: Trusted partner across engineering development and operations teams.
- Execution: Excellent organization and time management; able to handle multiple projects without missing a deadline.
