Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable 3rd Shift Welder to join a climate-controlled facility in Tulsa. The 3rd Shift Welder will be responsible for setting up and securing parts fixtures and tools then performing high-quality MIG and TIG welds on carbon steel stainless steel and aluminum. This position requires attention to detail precision and the ability to interpret blueprints while maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum.
Set up and secure parts fixtures and tools according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout sequence and welding requirements.
Use micrometers calipers and gauges to ensure accuracy and quality.
Inspect completed welds to confirm they meet structural and aesthetic standards.
Troubleshoot welding issues and adjust settings as needed to maintain consistency.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of in-shop welding experience required.
Proficient in MIG and TIG welding on various metals.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Must be able to pass a weld test: MIG on Carbon / TIG on Stainless & Aluminum.
Dependable safety-conscious and willing to work weekend shifts.
