The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and proven experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Relevant industry qualifications or certifications in business analysis or a related field.
Proven track record in business analysis and requirements gathering within financial services or similarly complex environments.
Strong ability to translate business concepts into technical requirements and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience working with a variety of stakeholders across different organizational levels ensuring alignment and clarity.
Excellent verbal reasoning and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying issues and opportunities.
High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables.
Experience working within Agile delivery methods and practices including writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria (beneficial).
Familiarity with business analysis and change management tools such as Jira Confluence GSuite LucidChart or similar platforms.
EXPERIANCE-: Minimum 3 years relevant.
