Your Responsibilities:

Work with the team in meeting their KPIs.

Build and nurture a strong relationship with the team.

Do welcome calls to students and send welcome emails

Provide information to students regarding preliminary documents

Follow up students with supplementary documents and payments

Do congratulatory calls and provide information regarding the releasing of e-certificates and hard copies of their certificates

Receive calls from students regarding inquiries and/or complaints

Request for positive reviews and referrals.


Qualifications:

In a nutshell you need to have at least 3-5 years of a mixed experience in SALES COLLECTIONS and Documents Administration.

Great attention to detail

Highly organized

Friendly and approachable demeanor

Persistence patience and perseverance are a must to assist our students.

High drive in earning not just the base salary but also getting the commissions.
