We specialise in franchise and retail growth for some of Australias most dynamic and fast-growing brands including KX Pilates Liv Eat Healthy Eating and Bubba Pizza. We partner with ambitious businesses to scale their franchise systems and drive sustainable growth.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist with a strong focus on lead generationthrough Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to support the franchise recruitmentsection of our business and acquired this role you will create and managehigh-performing paid campaigns that generate quality leads helping our clients expand theirnetworks. The ideal candidate will have both B2B and B2C experience. B2B for driving leadsand B2C for local marketing - both are essential for this role.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop implement and optimise paid advertising strategies across Meta and Google Ads platforms

  • Design campaigns specifically focused on generating high-quality franchise leads

  • Design campaigns specifically focused on local marketing and sales growth for franchise outlets (for example local pizza stores)

  • Continuously monitor analyse and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and meet client growth targets

  • Manage client ad spend budgets

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce engaging ad copy and visuals

  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations forimprovement

  • Stay updated with the latest trends tools and best practices in digital advertising




Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in running successful Meta and Google lead generation & local sales growth campaigns with a strong emphasis on B2B lead generation & B2C local marketing

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly

  • A deep understanding of targeting retargeting and audience segmentation to drive conversions

  • Demonstrable expertise in a variety of essential tools including GA4 Google Search

  • Console Tag Manager Google Ads Google Analytics Meta Business/Ads Manager

  • Experience in developing and managing both B2B & B2C marketing strategies

  • Strong English skills both written and spoken

  • An eye for creativity to design or advise on high-performing creative

Required Skills:

At least 3 years experience in Digital Marketing Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications Experienced in Web Development and Designing Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines CRM & Email Marketing: Intermediate to advanced skills in Zoho (or similar). Were keen on leveraging this platform even more. WordPress Publishing: Whilst the primary responsibility is publishing articles and blogs development capability would be an advantage. Design: Intermediate skills in Canva. Social Media: Beginner to intermediate skills. Our focus is on promoting our great work rather than being overly complex. SEO: While we use an external firm for SEO youll need to understand how to execute on their instructions and publish according to their guidelines. Analytics and Reporting: Monthly reporting of the success of our marketing efforts across all channels. Strong Organizational Skills: Youll have a lot of balls to juggle so the ability to prioritize and excel in internal communications is essential.
