Job Summary

As a Power Platform Developer you will:

Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate and Dataverse with minimal or no code.
Create and optimize automated workflows and business processes through Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality performance and reliability of developed solutions.
Develop comprehensive documentation including process flowcharts user guides and technical specifications.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders to enhance solution adoption and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: 810 years of experience in application development with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform.
Hands-on proficiency with Power Apps Power Automate and Dataverse for building scalable business solutions.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting integration.
Strong understanding of workflow automation process optimization and low-code/no-code development methodologies.
Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation and solution architecture artifacts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving system efficiency and user experience.

You should possess the ability to:

Analyze business processes and translate them into automated efficient digital solutions.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with business users and IT teams.
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and recommend best practices for implementation.
Train and guide users in adopting new digital tools and workflows.
