Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer to build world-class APIs and tools that power insurance transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills a passion for building innovative products and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack solutions and required product features with well-structured testable code.
- Deploy developed features to production with minimal downtime or side effects.
- Build new integrations between the platform and third-party enterprise applications.
- Lead and mentor less-experienced members of the engineering team.
- Participate in code reviews design discussions and production-readiness assessments.
- Debug production issues across products.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product customer success and sales teams.
- Apply strong design and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative scalable solutions.
- Build and ship production-ready applications ideally written in Laravel and Vue.
- Maintain strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines TDD and OOP principles.
- Demonstrate self-management clear communication and effective teamwork.
- Show eagerness to learn new skills and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and .
- Experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Good understanding of Domain-Driven Design and OOP principles.
- Familiarity with MySQL and MS SQL databases.
- Experience with React Native Electron and (nice to have).
- Knowledge of AWS GCP Docker and Kubernetes (nice to have).
- High level of self-motivation innovation and drive for self-development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
