The Role: Senior Marketing Manager

Weve nailed the hard parts: visa sponsorship hospital demand immigration operations and fulfillment. What we need now is a growth-minded marketer who can turn attention into action. Youll work closely with our co-founder/VP Growth to turn experiments into pipelines and pipelines into real-world impact for a healthcare system that needs it.

What Youll Do

• Own Flints lead generation and candidate growth across performance content referral and reactivation/nurturing channels
  
• Design and run rapid growth experiments test fast fail fast scale what works
  
• Build and optimize high-converting nurture flows to move qualified leads through the funnel and re-engage dormant prospects when the time is right.
  
• Manage and scale paid media Google Meta and emerging platforms
  
• Own and improve cost per qualified lead and funnel performance scaling our impact while keeping costs under control
  
• Collaborate with recruiting operations and engineering to ensure smooth handoff from lead to placement
  
• Report regularly on metrics learnings and ROI we care about outcomes not vanity numbers
  

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves

• 5 years of experience in performance growth or full-stack digital marketing
  
• Proven ability to run experiments and iterate quickly based on data
  
• Deep understanding of digital channels especially Google Ads and Meta
  
• Highly self-directed and entrepreneurial you figure things out and make things happen
  
• Excellent analytical skills comfortable owning CAC CPL conversion data and optimizing accordingly
  
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and move fast
  
• Based in Canada (Vancouver strongly preferred)
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience marketing to international audiences or immigrant communities
  
• Comfort with no-code tools like Airtable Zapier or Pipedrive
  
• Startup or small team experience you thrive in ambiguity and own your outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85000-$100000 CAD
  
• Location: Remote (Canada-wide but Vancouver preferred)
  
• Benefits: Equity in the company unrestricted paid time off regular in-person team retreats.

Requirements
