Job Title: Customer Service Representative Label Printing Industry
Location: Scarborough ON
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Working Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (may extend to 5:30 PM as required)
Employment Type: Full-time On-site
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in person
Provide detailed information about products and services offered by the company
Process customer orders accurately and manage customer accounts efficiently
Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with production design and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Offer technical guidance related to label printing processes when needed
Track document and report customer feedback to improve overall service quality
Qualifications & Requirements:
Mandatory: Previous experience working in the label printing industry
Minimum 2 years of customer service or account management experience in a manufacturing or printing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Driving license preferred but not required
