Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse according to company standards.
- Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment ensuring all items are correctly prepared.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing all tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
