Your Responsibilities:
- Support our customers on their digital transformation journey enabled by Oracle Technology.
- Assist business and IT users in designing implementing and adopting new Oracle solutions.
- Collaborate with senior KPMG Oracle Experts and Project Managers across diverse project activities gradually taking on more independent responsibilities.
- Engage in requirements gathering solutioning testing training and cut-over support.
- Participate in data migration activities and provide end-user support post go-live.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
- Implement PMO standards methodologies and tools to enhance project delivery.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports and KPIs.
- Facilitate project reviews risk assessments and post-implementation evaluations.
- Assist in resource planning budgeting and forecasting across the project portfolio.
- Coordinate PMO communications and support training initiatives for project teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
What you bring in:
- 25 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role.
- Relevant experience with Oracle (cloud) Technology is considered an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies.
- Strong affinity with IT and digital transformation.
- Masters degree or equivalent by experience.
- A proactive can do mentality and enthusiasm for challenging tasks.
- Willingness to travel and work with diverse teams and cultures.
- Excellent communication writing and presentation skills.
