Job Summary
Community Living Inc. is hiring a Day Habilitation Manager to lead a team that empowers young adults with developmental disabilities through hands-on learning and personal growth. If youve ever built lesson plans coached a team or guided learners toward aha moments youll feel right at home here. This is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference.
Schedule: Full Time 40 hours/week Monday through Friday 8am-4pm with potential for before and aftercare
Pay Rate: $24.25/hr

Were looking for someone who enjoys teaching developing others and bringing creativity to daily programming. Ideal candidates may have experience as a teacher trainer or program coordinator especially in education recreation or human services.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of our center while guiding both participants and staff toward success.
- Lead train and inspire a team of dedicated staff.
- Develop engaging person-centered learning opportunities both on-site and out in the community.
- Support each participants individual goals through hands-on teaching coaching and individualized planning.
- Maintain a safe positive and inclusive environment.
- Oversee facility operations budgets and compliance.
- A bachelors degree in a related field (preferred).
- Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a team-focused people-centered environment.
- A valid drivers license and the ability to meet background check requirements.
