Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a dedicated and experienced surgical and specialty team in Shelton CT.
This full-time permanent opportunity offers a collegial practice environment with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care clinical excellence and work-life balance. The physician will provide evaluation diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of urologic conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of urologic conditions including urinary tract disorders kidney stones prostate disease and male reproductive health.
Perform outpatient consultations procedures and inpatient surgical interventions.
Collaborate with primary care providers surgeons and oncology teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Utilize minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques when appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings peer review and quality improvement initiatives.
Educate patients on preventive care and long-term management of urologic health.
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
Experience: Previous clinical or surgical experience preferred but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
