About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Service & New Work youll play a key role in managing customer orders providing updates and coordinating with production dispatch and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional service.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate order updates to key accounts ensuring clear communication on order status and delivery schedules.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer order queries and coordinate resolution across Production Dispatch and Sales.
- Support onboarding new products through the New Work Department.
Prioritising artwork and tooling with suppliers to meet production schedules. - Ensure accurate order specifications and documentation are captured.
- Coordinate cross-departmental input (production sales dispatch) for seamless product launch.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve delivery on-time in-full (DIFOT) outcomes.
What You Will Bring to the Team
- Previous experience in customer service order management or administration (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word).
- Experience in the packaging or printing industry will be highly regarded
