The opportunity
The Capital Works and Assets Team is responsible for building maintaining and managing GMCTs portfolio of built environment assets thereby supporting the organisations financial and environmental sustainability. The Capital Program Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery and day to day management of GMCTs capital works program leading a dedicated team of Project Managers. The role requires proactive and strong leadership to ensure delivery through all phases of the project lifestyle ensuring project risks project timeframes costs and the quality of delivery is actively managed.
