1Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Dispatcher located in Tsing Yi Terminal Hong Kong. throughOctober 24 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Coordinates optimized daily plans process sales orders & delivery notes for fuel or lubricants products
Coordinate delivery with customers sales operations and delivery contractors to ensure safety and reliability of the fleet operations
Process stock inventory transaction in SAP; Support stock reconciliation of physical against book inventory sales & delivery transactions
Support product inventory replenishment warehousing operations and other terminal administrative works including filing reporting and payment processing
Required Qualifications:
Diploma with 3-5 years of working experiences
Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English
Well-organized self-motivated willing to work overtime and on shift
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge in SAP and accounting is a plus
Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations:
Selected candidates will work in Hong Kong under the local payroll system and benefits.
