About the role
As the Team Lead Energy Efficiency you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of energy efficiency initiatives across the organisation. You will be responsible for driving the investigation analysis monitoring and management of energy performance to support business objectives meet strategic asset management goals and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
In this role you will build and maintain trusted relationships across the business champion energy efficiency and lead a team focused on delivering measurable improvements. You will be accountable for the performance risk management and compliance reporting related to energy efficiency ensuring insights and data are translated into actionable strategies.

Your skills and experience
For this role we are looking for great talent with:
A relevant degree and/or extensive experience in managing complex asset performance and regulatory obligations.
Proven expertise in data analytics performance monitoring and risk analysis across asset scheme or network environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of asset management principles and energy efficiency performance including risk and compliance reporting.
A track record of success working with multidisciplinary teams and engaging effectively with external stakeholders.
A commitment to fostering a constructive high-performance culture through your leadership and values-driven approach.
Exceptional communication negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong relationship-building capabilities and the ability to leverage networks to gain broad support for initiatives.
