Nuvance Health has a network of convenient hospital and outpatient locations Danbury Hospital New Milford Hospital Norwalk Hospital and Sharon Hospital in Connecticut and Northern Dutchess Hospital Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in New York.

JOB SUMMARY:Working under the direction of the Director/Supervisor performs a variety of duties to maintain the hospital in a sanitary orderly and attractive condition.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:No formal experience required

Education: Should be able to follow oral and written instruction

Licensure/Registration/Certification: None

Work Experience: None

Physical & Other Factors: Manual dexterity is needed. Must be able to kneel crouch lift carry reach and work on a ladder

Working Conditions:

Manual: significant manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity

Occupational: Some occupational risk

Physical Effort: Very Heavy effort. May exert up to 50 lbs. force

Physical Environment: Significant exposure to dirt odors noise human waste etc.
