The Broad Institutes Genomics Platform seeks a collaborative versatile account manager to provide collaboration and account management for a complex range of services encompassing cell screening and sequencing technologies. Working in an exciting and fast-paced environment the account manager will inform the development of a product suite for an emerging business unit to align with the needs of strategic partners and build and maintain a portfolio of academic commercial and collaborative projects. The account manager will ensure partnership/collaboration health customer satisfaction secure customer retention and drive business alignment and growth. Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of product applications and scientific project and collaboration needs establishing and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and managing all customer-facing aspects of platform services from project scoping contract management and onboarding to ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will hold a strong understanding of cellular and molecular biology technologies and applications including cell culture and differentiation screening and sequencing will be comfortable gathering and communicating scientific requirements and will be systems-savvy detail oriented and able to work independently to anticipate the needs of the project and stakeholders. The account manager will join a team engaging with customers within and external to the organization to explore and facilitate projects across a growing suite of cell and genomics services.
