Your profile
- Experience:
- 34 years of experience in the communication field with strong project management skills. Experience in the public sector or sustainability-related projects is highly valued.
- We also welcome candidates with more senior experience:a seniorcommunication managerposition can be envisaged for the right profile.
- Communication skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong storytelling and messaging abilities
- Copywriting and content editing
- Presentation and public speaking
- Social media and digital communicationproficiency
- Project management skills:
- Strong project management andorganisationalskills (we do love aretroplanningwell structured!)
- Proficient in budgeting and cost management.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines(especially when there are competing ones who need prioritisation)
- Other Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of public sector processes and regulations is a plus
- Passion for and knowledge of sustainability
Your responsibilities
- Project planning delivery and budget management
- Lead the full lifecycle of communication projects:from scoping and scheduling to delivery reporting and lessons learned.
- Manage timelines resources and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time on quality and within financial targets.
- Anticipate risks track performance through the Agency management tools and ensure compliance transparency and continuous improvement.
- Client and partner management and internal coordination
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact (SPOC: Single Person of Contact if requested contractually) for our clients ensuring the creation of a strong working relationships leading meetings whenrequested introduce updates and intervene whenfeedbacksloops are too lengthy
- Coordinate and brief multidisciplinary teams and suppliers aligning efforts and ensuring deliverables meet client needs.
- Support and mentor junior team members fostering accountability and teamwork across projects.
- Communication and creativity
- Develop and translate communication strategies into impactful campaigns and materials tailored to clientobjectives.
- Oversee and contribute to content creation across channels ensuring consistency clarity and creativity.
- Contribute to proposals tenders and pitches leveraging communication trends and insights to add strategic value.
