Position Summary:
Successful candidates will assist with a range of administrative clerical or financial clerk duties to support daily operations. These roles are ideal for individuals who are organized adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Typical Duties May Include:
Providing general office support such as reception scheduling and correspondence
Preparing and formatting documents reports and spreadsheets
Maintaining and updating records databases or filing systems
Assisting with purchasing invoicing and expense processing
Supporting meetings events or departmental communications
Other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
