ClubLink is Hiring!

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to join our Corporate Event Sales & Membership team. This role supports both sales teams by managing administrative tasks maintaining client databases coordinating payments Invoices and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow in a dynamic fast-paced environment within the golf environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the event sales and membership team including preparing proposals contracts invoices presentations and reports.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate sales data client interactions and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications related to corporate events memberships and sales initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of membership and event materials sales collateral and promotional campaigns.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings site tours and client appointments across ClubLink properties.
  • Liaise with ClubLink golf clubs to ensure alignment on event bookings availability and logistics.
  • Track incoming leads follow-up activities and manage documents related to membership and corporate event sales.
  • Support onboarding processes for new members and corporate clients.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration or general administration experience.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative sales coordination or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
