Job Summary
Applications are invited for a qualified and enthusiastic Mathematics Secondary Teacher to join the MacKillop Catholic College team in 2026. Experience teaching Specialist Maths and Math Methods is desired.
Commencement Date:Term 1 2026 - Monday 19th January 2026
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Position
Salary Range:Commensurate with experience -Graduate $86600 to Lead Teacher $147048 FTE Gross per annum 12.75% super

MacKillop Catholic College Mount Peter
MacKillop Catholic College a master-planned Prep to Year 12 College located in the growing southern corridor of Cairns was established in 2016 with Prep-Year 3 classes. The College has progressively developed by year levels and celebrates the first Year 12 cohort graduating in 2025.

- Plan prepare and deliver effective learning and teaching programs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school objectives and school planning
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive school environment

- Be registered or eligible to be register with Queensland College of Teachers
