Job Summary
Mater Dei Early Childhood Education (MDECE) are seeking casual Educators to join our team.
MDECE provides centre-based early childhood education programs for children with developmental delay or disability. Our programs support children from birth through to their transition to school and includes our community preschool which is licensed for 22 places.
We support children with a range of needsfrom mild to profound developmental delaysthrough inclusive tailored learning experiences.
Our team takes a strong person-centred family-focused approach. Educators work closely with families carers and professionals to set and achieve meaningful goals for each child helping them thrive now and into the future.

What were looking for:
Were looking for passionate Educators to join our team and help deliver high-quality early childhood education in a warm inclusive and safe environment.
Whether youre a Diploma Qualified Educator or Certificate III Educator we welcome your application. Your role will be to support childrens learning and development through engaging age-appropriate programs that make a real difference in their lives.
What Youll Need
- A recognised early childhood qualification approved by ACECQA
- Experience working in early childhood education ideally supporting children with developmental delay or disability
- A current Working With Children Check
- Up-to-date First Aid CPR and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of key frameworks and standards including:
- Education and Care Services National Regulations
- National Quality Framework (NQF)
- National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
